Parents,
We have had a fun start to another school year. September 4th we will be closed for Labor Day. On September 13th and 14th we will be having Team Sports Day. Have your child come to school wearing their favorite team’s gear! Football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading; club team, high school, college and professional! Let’s have some fun! Hamilton County schools are having a half day on September 20th, we will be operating our normal hours.
Just a few reminders:
~ The church doors will be open by 8:45 and you are more than welcome to come in and wait in the hallway, but the school doors will not open until 9:00. Our teachers use this time to get ready for the day. For safety reasons we ask that no one drops off or picks up using the playground door. Doors will be unlocked for pick up at 1:45, if you need to pick up sooner just push the button on the door and I will buzz you in. Pick up time is AT 2:00.
~Please remember to send your child a water bottle and snack each day. Snacks can be placed in their class snack basket at the sign in desk or in their lunch box. (Peanut and tree nut free)
~ Invoices come out on the 1st of every month, please have them paid no later than the 16th of the month or a late fee will be added. I do have credit card withdraw forms in my office if you would like to pay tuition that way.
~ PLEASE remember if you have one child home with a fever, flu, strep, covid, HFM, tummy bug, pink eye or any other contagious illnesses please do not send the sibling. This is to protect the health of not only the other students, but also the teachers.
