Parents,

We have had a fun start to another school year. September 4^th we will be closed for Labor Day. On September 13^th and 14^th we will be having Team Sports Day. Have your child come to school wearing their favorite team’s gear! Football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading; club team, high school, college and professional! Let’s have some fun! Hamilton County schools are having a half day on September 20th, we will be operating our normal hours.

Just a few reminders:    

~ The church doors will be open by 8:45 and you are more than welcome to come in and wait in the hallway, but the school doors will not open until 9:00. Our teachers use this time to get ready for the day. For safety reasons we ask that no one drops off or picks up using the playground door. Doors will be unlocked for pick up at 1:45, if you need to pick up sooner just push the button on the door and I will buzz you in. Pick up time is AT 2:00.

~Please remember to send your child a water bottle and snack each day. Snacks can be placed in their class snack basket at the sign in desk or in their lunch box. (Peanut and tree nut free)

~ Invoices come out on the 1^st of every month, please have them paid no later than the 16^th of the month or a late fee will be added. I do have credit card withdraw forms in my office if you would like to pay tuition that way.

~ PLEASE remember if you have one child home with a fever, flu, strep, covid, HFM, tummy bug, pink eye or any other contagious illnesses please do not send the sibling. This is to protect the health of not only the other students, but also the teachers.

Happy March Parents,

Picture Day is coming up! March 23rd and 24th Teddy Bear Portraits will be coming for our annual picture day!

Mrs. Sasha will be offering parent teacher conferences on March 2nd and 3rd. These are 100% optional and she will have a sign-up sheet at the sign in desk with times available.

Next month (April 6th and 7th) we will be having a “Breakfast with Buddies” event! We have not been able to have our “Muffins with Mom” or “Donuts with Dad” for 2 years now and so we are thrilled to be able to offer this event to make up for those lost moments! More information to come!

Just a few reminders:

• Registration for Summer 2022 and Fall 2022-2023 are the 9th and 10th. There will be a table in the hallway where I will be to take all forms and payment. We will be accepting cash or check only for the registration fees (make checks out to Little Seekers or LSDS). The Letter of Intent and Summer Registration forms were emailed out a week ago.
• The Summer Program will be on a first come first serve basis, so get the registration forms and fees in as soon as possible as we will have a limited number of spots.
• Registration fees are due at the time of registration.
